Project Example 2
Although temporary, this site had tight spaces for cargo delivery and storage, on a densley populated route. The plan helped the team to forsee, and pass on to transport companies what they can expect to see and do upon arriving at the site, to assist with certainty, seamlessness and confidence for new drivers to the area.

Weekends at this busy electronics store had mixed traffic creating confusion and frustration for customers and urgent inwards deliveries on Satrudays. The team helped to advice reduced traffic, segregation of vehicle types where possible, and special areas dedicated for customers that was clearly marked out.

Assisting site visitors to road works sites in the induction packs has helped this small organisation to plan scenarios in advance, and consider impacts to sites during working hours when people are on site, and also when the sites have no personnel.

This client had a confined space, with high volume of deliveries next to a busy highway. By providing images of multiple perspectives, it has helped to plan road-markings and plan common scenarios and schedule deliveries to help both enhance efficiency and improve safety of workers and site visitors.

At this warehouse, early mornings proved busy for loading heavy transport, and managing scheduling to reduce wait-times for drivers loading up for outwards goods. Meanwhile during the rest of the day, The team has helped to identify best practices for managing a high-volume of large truck and trailers and safe forklift manouvers inside the warehouse.
